Yorke & Bjork duet

Posted on March 29th, 2000.

Thom Yorke and Bjork have dueted on a song to be included on the soundtrack of ‘DANCER IN THE DARK’, the new Lars von Trier directed film in which the Icelandic star takes her first cinematic leading role. The as yet untitled track is to date the only one on which the two artists have been confirmed to appear together, as reported today in the new edition of Melody Maker. The magazine’s suggestion that Yorke’s vocals would be over-dubbed onto those performed by Bjork’s co-star Peter Stormare have however been denied by a spokesperson for the film’s production company.
