Beacon Theatre tickets

Posted on June 1st, 2003.

Apparently the ticket sales for the Beacon Theatre show didn’t go as smoothly as they hoped it would. It turned out that the so called “number system”, as reported on ateaseweb.com ealier, was a farce from start to finish. The beacon had only 900 tickets to sell. And if you were one of the “lucky” ones who got a ticket, it really wasn’t a ticket. This ticket DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY TO THE CONCERT. You have to go to the Beacon the night of the gig and line up again, but not everybody will get in. To be continued? [thanks Anthony]
