Colin Greenwood and Ed O’ Brien from Radiohead have recorded a special version of the Across The Line show for BBC Radio Ulster. The pair will co-present the music programme, due for broadcast on Friday June 6, between 10pm and 11.00 pm.
Colin and Ed met up with the regular Friday presenter, Stuart Bailie, during their recent visit to Belfast. As well as previewing tracks from their new album, ‘Hail To The Thief’, they have selected some of their favourite tracks.
In the course of the show, the band recount their adventures in Los Angeles which birthed ‘Hail To The Thief’. They reveal a fondness for Latin American music and an affinity with the Ulster singer-songwriter Neil Hannon.
Across The Line, BBC Radio Ulster, 92-95 FM, 1341 MW * NTL channel 871 * Sky Digital 868.
