Hail to the Thief reviews

More and more reviews are coming in. Some of them are compiled in the press archive to see what the press think of ‘Hail To The Thief‘. There are some more reviews of the new album and the gigs added for the New York Beacon Theatre gig. And you can find some online at Newsday.com, Music-Critic.com, Dotmusic.com, Winnipeg Sun and at newyorkdailynews.com.

And Thom Yorke is on the cover of this week’s French magazine Telerama. [thanks Denise, Sumeet, nobodyknows, Mylene & Keith]

Hail to the Thief was even discussed on BBC’s Newsnight: After the shows introduction hyped ‘Hail To The Thief’ as an anti-American album, Paul Morley said that it was in fact “anti-Mediocrity, not anti-American”. Nitin Sawhney, nominee at the 2000 Technics Mercury Music Prize, called the album “an album of expression” and a “diary of the times”. Playwright Bonnie Greer, who had never heard of Radiohead before she was asked to review Hail to the Thief, called the album “amazing” and Said that she is “so grateful that this band are in the world”.
