Hail To The Thief statistically third best album of 2003
We’ve had all the Best of 2003 lists the past month. Now, two guys statistically analyzed the best albums of 2003, from some thirty top-10 lists, giving value to how often an album was mentioned by editors and recording its mean place. However, the BBC reports that OutKast released the best album of 2003, according to UK music critics in an end-of-year “poll of polls”. Music store HMV added up lists of the best albums of the year that have been published in magazines like Mojo, NME, Q and Mixmag… and it turns out Hail To The Thief is number 6 in the list.
