Radiohead still heading for Coachella

A lof of Radiohead fans are worried about the band’s performance on Coachella this Saturday after the Melbourne cancellation. According to Radiohead management the band are still heading for California, hoping Thom’s throat will be healed by then: “At the time of writing this the plans have not changed beyond the cancelled show in Australia”.

An American spokesperson for the band tells Billboard.com there is no indication Yorke’s ailment will prevent Radiohead from making its scheduled headlining appearance Saturday at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Calif.

According to the NME Promoter Michael Chugg told radio station Triple J that Yorke has been put on antibiotics to assist with his recovery in time for the band’s appearance at the Coachella festival in California this coming weekend.
