Thom Yorke was nominated with ‘The Eraser’ at this year’s Grammy Awards. However, Gnarls Barkley won the award for Best Alternative Album as announced tonight at the Grammy Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles.
On Saturday Thom already missed out on a Plug Award. At New York’s Irving Plaza, Sufjan Stevens won in the ‘Male Artist Of The Year’ category at the Plug Awards.
On a positive note, Mr. Yorke’s ‘The Eraser’ did win a Plug Award in the Dance/Electronic album category… and also an award for ‘Best Electronic Album’ at the Playboy Awards. Hooray!?
Oh, and Radiohead were awarded with the Best show in The Netherlands at the NightLiveXS Awards for their performance at the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam last year.
