Al Gore loves Radiohead!
Ateaseweb.com reader Elizabeth Morringello, went to a book signing in New York City for “Assault On Reason” and (President) Al Gore very graciously signed her 7″ vinyl of ‘Go To Sleep’.Elizabeth: “He pays careful attention to what he is asked to sign for obvious reasons. I was a bit shy and nervous with my request and I don’t think he heard me clearly, so when I handed him the record, he paused and looked at it carefully. Then he signed it and said, “I love Radiohead”. I said that I hoped that they would play the show in July that he is organizing and he said he hopes so too. I had two copies of the record, so I gave one of them to him.”
