Posted on September 25th, 2007.

Today’s Worm Buffet image from Radiohead’s Hodiau Direkton apparently reads ‘considering dissemination’. Go ahead and speculate.

And for the record, yesterday’s Worm Buffet image from Hodiau Direkton appeared at Dead Air Space later on. And here’s another one:

define:dissemination
–> The transfer from the stored form of a digital object in a repository to a client.

So this means: LP7 for download!

Disseminate simply means spread or distribute
not necessarily anything to do with digital
objects.

I’d take this to mean they are thinking about
either;

a) the method of releasing the new album
b) letting people know the tracklist/ title

i think they are thinking about releasing the new album, not strictly “how” to release it, just “when”.
i do hope it will be soon..

Look: the album will not be digital-only – the physicality of the CD and vinyl as the art produced is something the ban feel very strongly. More to do with them considering a record deal to disseminate the new album more likely.

Well, it means ‘xendless’. Why do you ask?
And yeah, the radioheadlp7.com looks fishy. Would RH actually use lp7 in the domain?

Well, “discovery” used to be the username and password for radioheadlp7.com, but it looks like they’ve changed it.
That image was part of the swf file.
