A single needs to be accessible to the general public, and Jigsaw Falling Into Place is a) the right length for radio and b) has the most conventional song structure on the album with enough energy and major chords to sustain the interest of the average radio listener. Bodysnatchers is really the only other song on the album that is releasable as a single. It's definitely the worst song out of all 18 tracks on In Rainbows and the bonus disc (well, unless MK1 & 2 are absolute shit) I wouldn't have picked Jigsaw but at least they're putting a single out.
