Radiohead confirmed for Southside & Hurricane Festival

This first confirmation is in. After a lot of speculation and early hints from the band on their touring schedule, Germany has the first dates.

Radiohead have just been confirmed to play the Southside Festival (Neuhausen ob Eck) and the Hurricane Festival (Scheeßel) in Germany. Both festivals will be held from June 20 – 22, 2008.
Radiohead have included these festivals on their 2003 tour as well.

Scheeßel is located between Hamburg, and Bremen. Neuhausen ob Eck is situated between Munich, Stuttgart and Freiburg, pretty close to the Bodensee. Currently, there’s no information on ticket sales yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as this comes available.

It gets better you can get a new mobile and a enough fizzy pop to pickle a toffee apple while your there.

Take it Thom wasn’t kidding when he said he was over his no logo thing.

Alas money makes the world go round, i’m still gonna go… but i’m going to smuggle in cans of Pepsi and flaunt my other mobile service provider in their faces.. STICK IT TO THE MAN.. kinda

southside is a very great festival.
i went to it the last five years and it`s worth the exhausting long drivig (i have to drive about six hours from my hometown).
anyway.. most of the time a very good and alternative setlist with chilling people around. compared to other festivals also the ticket-price isn`t that high.

Is Radiohead doing any American tours? I don’t have the money to travel to places like Berlin, but all I want is to see Radiohead live.
