Jonny Greenwood wins at Berlin Film Festival
Shortly after missing out on a BAFTA, Jonny Greenwood has won a Silver Bear for his ‘There Will Be Blood’ score. Officially the category is ‘Outstanding Artistic Contribution (Music) 2008′ at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival.
Paul Thomas Anderson has won the Silver Bear for Best Director for ‘There Will Be Blood’ (Best Film was Tropa de elite by José Padilha). There was no sign of Jonny Greenwood accepting the award in Berlin, assuming he’s at home dealing with fatherhood.

Jonny definetely deserved it! And Tropa de Elite is a fucking great movie. Here in Brazil it was a HUGE success. Anyone seen it in Europe?
