I have seen the head 5 times and Bonnaroo wasthe most intimate, head spinning show and I had 90,000 people behind me and my friends for that one. The band seems to like the festival. I'd rather see them do a solo date, but it IS nice to hear that a high-profile festival will be debuting in S.F.. Festivals can certainly suck, but if they're handled right (like Treasure Island last year), they can also be great. Festivals suck. The lukewarm fans and non-fans screw up the atmosphere and people talk during the songs and are more likely to act obnoxiously and engage in idiotic activity.
