Is it $200 per day? If it is, that’s just plain wrong…

$200 for three days is reasonable…

true. but it won’t be reasonable if those are the ONLY tickets available for purchase.

does anyone know if radiohead will play all 3 days or just the last day?

way to look at the ticketmaster site guys:

SFOUTSIDELANDS.COM
OUTSIDE LANDS FESTIVAL
SF GOLDEN GATE PARK
3DAY PASS-AUG 22-24 2008
FOR ENTRY TO EVENT
BRING THIS PASS EACH DAY

radiohead definitely isn’t playing all three nights, they’re only playing friday the 22nd, according to their tour dates site.

I already thought it was kinda weird for Radioheads ONLY show in Northern California (a major fan base, all the enviromental hippies!) to be at a music festival rather than an individual show, but if we have to pay $200 dollars if all we plan to see is Radiohead, I absolutely refuse to even go. It would probobly be cheaper to be ripped off by Ebay scalpers and buy tickets to see them in Atlanta

That’s absoultely reasonable for all three days considering that it’s a festival. Imagine if you had to buy a ticket for each act playing… you’d spend way more than $200… and if you don’t think it’s worht it don’t go…

According to the president of Superfly Prod. :

“We are starting with a three-day ticket and depending on availability we’re going to do single-day tickets,” he explains. “We’re still finalizing the exact price, but we’re going to offer an initial discounted ticket to people.”

I’m really hoping for single day tix.

3 day passes it would seem. On their tour page for SF it says “Tickets will be sold as 3 day passes only”

i really hope they don’t sell out in 0.2 like they did for the greek theatre in berkeley. that was a bot-rific bummer…

also, this festival is no longer listed on the waste website. most likely because they changed the sale date from the 24th to the 30th and haven’t replaced the previous information yet…
