Sounds sweet! It sounds like a brilliant couple of opening shows. Anybody knows if those are the definite tourdates? I thought they were going to add Latinamerica somewhere in there.

Pretty sick setlist so far. Add “I Might Be Wrong” and I’d be very happy with that show.

May 7th, 2008

i’m glad there’s no PA. i’m tired of hearing it and i’m sure they’re tired of playing it. time to retire that one, as great as it is.

seriously great show. we were in orchestra section 2, front and center 4 rows back. mind-blowing visuals, though the vocals were drowned out at times, probably because of where we were….. exit music was a revelation, and faust arp sounded perfect. all in all the best show i’ve ever been to (only 2nd radiohead show ever)

The Bends!! ::drool:: I’m amazed by both night’s setlists so far, makes me even more amped for Sunday night in Bristow. Thank God I’m only having to sit through 6 days of live reports instead of several months. :-D

PA is pretty much considered their best song. while kid a is my favorite album…it would be really nice to their fans to play PA.

May 7th, 2008

why don’t they play high and dry or We Suck Young Blood from httt or You and blow out from the pablo honey album? those are sick songs, ive seen them five times but they never play those…. I did get to hear them play lurgee off of pablo honey, that was cool, but not a fan fave.

anthony Galaz
May 7th, 2008

nothing off pablo honey is a “fan” fave… if you are here for creep, you are pretty much not a fan

Sean
May 7th, 2008

that sounded more harsh than i meant it, my bad anthony. i just think pablo honey has such a shadow cast over it by the rest of their AMAZING catalogue.

Sean

Sure, they’ve played PA and FPT and KP to death, but, in the shows I’ve attended those are usually the crowd-shattering moments that are the most enjoyable (for me, anyways).

No Paranoid, No Jigsaw? I’m gonna kill someone

May 7th, 2008

I hope they start to play 2+2=5, Myxo and Climbing Up the Walls a little more later in the tour. Seeing them in Glasgow and as good a set list as this is it could be so much better.

You and whose army was godly, that camera close up was crazy as hell. Never did I think I would see Airbag, Just, and The Bends! Jonny played his ass off, and ed was laughin most of the show. What a concert!

Another great setlist but prefered yesterdays despite the addition of lucky, tourist, bends

I think I’d cry if I heard them play Let Down but I don’t expect them to.

A bit odd though - usually they’d at least play one of Paranoid Android, No Surprises, Karma Police, Street Spirit, Fake Plastic Trees

spike
May 7th, 2008

oooh, the tourist!

Looking forward to the Charlotte & Bristow shows this week. What ever songs they play I’ll be happy with. This will be my 29th & 30th time seeing the best band around. I’ve been lucky enough to see them on every tour since the beginning. They played Creep every night on the first tour, LOL.

I love that we’re two shows in and people are harping on Radiohead for not playing specific songs. It’s a long tour, guys. They always end up bringing some songs back from the dead. I’m interested in the assertion that there might be some new material appearing. Let’s face it, a show is great when you never know what to expect next. I’m not so sure about All I Need as an opener…I’d prefer them go the traditional route there and do 15 Step.

May 7th, 2008

Oh my god! I’m totally into radiohead! I’ve seen them 72 times, even though that has nothing to do with this concert in any way. Just thought it was important to contribute.

May 8th, 2008

When I see them in Bristow, I would love for them to play Pyramid Song, Where I End and You Begin, The National Anthem, and Climbing up the Walls. Talk Show Host would be nice too, but it’s unlikely. ?

But, no matter what they play, I’ll be fine with it. Because to nitpick about little things is to nullify the fact I have the opportunity to see one of the greatest bands in the world.

Never sen them….been waiting 5 years to do so
