am I the only one having issues with feeds? the latest headline I had for weeks was the ‘liars-in-awe’ one, then today I’ve got flooded by the rest.

  • Kid54

No…you weren’t the only one. I was able to get on message board but nothing else. Everything came online right before the show last night..

  • Ben7b7

can any Bat for Lashes fans let us know if they play any new songs! Cheers! can’t wait for Manchester :D

    In a blueee light..

  • Johnny Cullen

Bat for Lashes played some new stuff last night, 2 new songs but Natasha Kahn never said what they were called.

  • Nudesp00k

    Thanks nudespook

  • Johnny Cullen

Aww, they played Airbag tonight. And The Gloaming during the main set. Quite frankly, they could have taken that out of Encore 1 last night and put it into the main set last night replacing House of Cards thus opening up a space potentually for Street Spirit or In Limbo.

  • Dawson

    brilliant setlist, nice opener too.

  • Ian

Not a great set list, to be honest. Saved by Climbing Up the Walls. But still, where is 2+2=5??

  • Ben

    cheers Johnny Cullen!

  • hunting bears

4 minute warning, nowhere to be heard

  • James Nauman

Thanks for the Super Collider mp3! <3

  • Jim

Are they playing down is the new up at all? I liked that last time…
They need to keep playing climbing up the walls and talk show host.

  • Q

    brilliant show

  • Suncoke

On the setlist street spirit was supposed to be played instead of how to disappear completely

  • spike

That’s a weak 2nd encore in my opinion – they should end on songs that are either really emotional or really epic

  • Luke

Hey Thom. Play fucking “High & Dry!”

    Sincerely,

    Luke

  • Sam

    Oi Luke
    Where are your fucking manners?

  • James Nauman

I agree wholeheartedly with you Luke, But I believe our hopes to be futile.

    :’(

  • James Nauman

I’m kinda sad they didn’t actually play Scatterbrain. Love that song live.

  • ???

was this a full band super collider this show or was it like last night?

  • James Nauman

    Just Thom

    :/

man i swear i hate commenting on what they should play or what they should not – but i am kind of happy house of cards is out the set list – its a nice song but live you want to hear better than that – there s millions of better songs to play live – anyway – sorry i hate to do this – but i just did- the shows are beautifull – i was there – west palm and tampa- happened to met phil – he inspires calm and a beautiful energy –

  • brendyn

i was front row center right in front of johhny and got a better video of super collider…will post on youtube when i return to canada.

watch out for the video. youtube name: hodiaudirekt

    cheers

  • roro

have to disagree with you ian [& spike]: last night was one of the most satisfying setlists i could’ve hoped for. absolutely perfect. i haven’t stopped smiling since. the lightshow was epic. & how to disappear completely always goes down a treat with the dublin crowd, obviously thom dedicated it to us in the point dec 4th 2004.
cheers for that super collider mp3 NudespOOk. what a song. & it suited just being thom plus piano.
pity us saturday heads missed out on friday’s perfect rainbow appearing in the sky. but i at least got to listen to the entire soundcheck on friday from my BEDroom, how special is that!? ha

  • roro

eh sorry had a wee bracket there that got lost in transit – meant that htdc always goes down a real treat with us dubliners cuz of obviously “float down the liffey…” =]

  • JB

Man the setlist rocked on Sat. The band
were in great form, Thom danced all
night and ED could not stop smiling.
Loved every minute. Great great band.

  • john

unbelievable, i came up on everything in its right placed and danced my arse off, exit music was beautiful. best band in the world!

  • beezskis

I wish you would all STFU and be thankful they are sharing there amazing music with the world. All this talk of weak setlists…you should all be slapped.

  • Cee

15steps to kick off is way better than all I need. I saw them at the BBC and got right into the mood with 15steps. I guess they got the message now… see you in Barcelona or in London.

  • poisoned_dwarf

I agree with beezskis. What a bunch of fucking whiners. Be glad they’re playing in your part of the world at all. Sheeeit…

  • daithi

fantastic gigs both nights. did anyone notice that during ‘all i need’ the 1st night the piano started playing before thom?!! don’t take my word for it checkout video http://www.inradiobows.com
