Radiohead Live in Berlin [live report]

It went by so fast, but tonight’s show was the last show of the European leg of the tour. Radiohead played Berlin’s Wuhlheide for the first time since September 11th 2001. Today’s show in Berlin marks the third show of the current tour. The band will be taking a break before they return to the USA to play the Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago (August 1st).

    what an amazing show! i was there both times they played at wuhlheide, 2001 and 2008 and this time they were absolutely unbelievable! best show i have ever seen by anybody…
    little correction -> the rain comment was right before airbag & thom dedicated reckoner to all berlin musicians, not bodysnatchers. cymbal rush had a funny moment as he struggled at the beginning to get the piano rhythm right and after the second time it did not work, he headbutted the mic with a little grin… the third time thom began it was brilliant… a wonderful setlist to end the tour!

    My first RH gig and it was AWESOME!!If they would have played Exit Music on that night I’d loved to die right after the concert.Seriously, it was an unforgettable, yet unreached experience of pure joy and happiness.My personal highlights on that night where: A wolf at the door, You & whose army? and Idioteque.THANK YOU SO MUCH RADIOHEAD!!

    It was great but yes, there was a bit of a deadspot in the middle.

    And the second encore? Come on, why finishing with street spirit…
