I wonder how expensive it is to use this technology. Why not make a video with magnetic resonance then? Or a telescope with CCD detection panels? At the end of the day, the immages in a digital cammera, are just a superposition of digital detectors just like the ones used in laser devices, right?

Yes this reminded me completely of the cool covers for Rush Of Blood To The Head and it’s singles. But then, those were just still images - it must be much harder with video.

I think the reason they cut the song down to 1.5 min. for the fan part is because the data needed just for that portion of the song is already pretty massive. There is a full video that the band did using the same technology and the full song.
