obviously difficulty to get tickets must correlate to setlist quality.

THey did a very good job…1st radiohead concert for me and my bro…we were back in U1, but the light show was very strong and kept the crowd into it…Interesting experience for me cuz i have listened and listened to every song by them and now every note and beat and rhythm perfectly, so i wasnt as into the show at first because i felt like i knew it too well to enjoy it….but then i couldnt help but get into cuz radiohead fucking rule

Best. Concert. Ever.
_Cymbal Rush_ was a magnificent surprise. All I wanted was for them to play _Arpeggi_, _Fake Plastic Trees_, and _No Surprises_. _Fog_ would have made it a complete experience for me.
Anyone know a site where I can download this performance (either audio or video)? All the sites I used to know are shut down.

For anyone that was at the show, was it the full version of True Love Waits, or just the intro??? Its so cool either way, just curious how much of it he did….

I’m not a fan of FPT, but that performance was spellbinding and surreal. The show was friggin AMAZING. Mad geniuses these guys. Phenomenal band.

matty, it was just the intro of True Love Waits and it was right before he went into everything in its right place…kinda like what he used to do with Neil Young’s After the Gold Rush a few tours ago.

tara, i used to also not care for FPT much live until a few years ago when i saw the glastonbury performance and realized how absolutely mind blowing it is. it needs to be played at every single show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDS4wOd_o1I

Right now the Bay Area could use a hug, ’cause it really got the shaft. That’s a ridiculously good setlist, esp. for this tour.

We went both nights, 6th row center last night, thanks w.a.s.t.e. Amazing of course, I thought they would have repeated songs less night 2 but I’m not complaining. EPIC.

Thom forgot for a moment how to play cymbal rush. He told us to be quiet so he could remember the chord progression. Adorable!

Does anyone know what the intro music was that was played as they were coming out on stage….the house lights had already dimmed. I know they were playing Eraser Infinite between Liars and radiohead, but just before the band played reckoner, there was a good 45-60 seconds of intro music…sounded like the weird fishes remix from Thom’s w.a.s.t.e. page. Any ideas?

kilgoretrout321, what I did is not listen to any Radiohead albums before “In Rainbows” for about 6 months or more. Worked quite well. Also, stay the hell away from bootlegs.
Sounds like everyone had a great time and could actually see things well.
Also, you luckies got “Cymbal Rusk”. Quite jealous.

I had a friend who got her seats UPDATED. she was right in front of Ed, caught his drumstick after There There. I could kill her for it but she GAVE THE STICK TO HER FRIEND.
but that’s not what matters here.
what matters is that they played everything I wanted them to and my life will never be the same.
was anyone else thoroughly depressed after the show?

If anyone wants to download this, it can be found for free on itunes (and it’s REALLY GOOD)
just search for NPR Live Concerts from All Songs Considered
Enjoy

Yes, you can get it off iTunes, but it is only from the Santa Barbara Bowl, not the Hollywood Bowl.
It’s good, but I’m still searching for the HB Night 2 show on the http://www. I can only find it on Dime, but that isn’t working for me.
