words from true love waits huh? is that one kicking around?

  • http://www.myspace.com/moonlight_0 Marina AKA Kemoushi

    :-)

  • Franela

    The show was incredible!!!

  • Kleber

Everything In Its Right Place was also played, before Creep I think

  • Kazuo

It’s missing ‘everything in its right place’, after ‘you and whose army’, ending the second encore. The words from ‘true love waits’ were played just before this song.

  • Kleber

    Kazuo is correct!

  • radiomama

    crazy setlist… I wish i coulda been there…

    they are the best evar

  • gpeddino

The 25th one is EIIRP, with a excerpt of True Love Waits as intro.

  • http://corbucorbu.com trip fontaine

    climbing up the walls!
that’s a hell of a setlist.. except the 2nd encore. but still.

  • gpeddino

    Right before Faust Arp:

    Crowd: Jonny! Jonny! Jonny!
    Thom: This is Jonny.
    (*Thom bows to Jonny*)
    Crowd: Jonny! Jonny! Jonny!
    (*Jonny goes to the mic*)
    Jonny: This is Thom.
(*crowd cheering, they bow to each other*)
    Crowd: Thom! Thom! Thom!
    (*starts song*)

After Paranoid Android, the crowd keeps on singing the “rain down” part enthusiastically. The band watches and smiles. Thom goes to the mic with the guitar and plays/sings it along, heading into Fake Plastic Trees.

    Before You And Whose Army
Thom: This is for those Yankees…

    Before Creep
Thom: Guess what this one is.

    Wheres these videos?

    :)

  • Daniel

After You and Whose Army They Played “Everything in it’s right place”, like they are used to do (leaving one by one, before the last encore)

and it was before EIIRP that thom sung some words from true love waits.

  • martin

    Buenos aires at least!!!!

we are waiting for you guys!!

  • http://burnptcruisers.blogspot.com burnptcruisers

i have some pretty long distance shakeyness, but do have creep in entirety! :) the sing-along show was a great variation from what we get in seattle :)

  • http://burnptcruisers.blogspot.com burnptcruisers

one more thing: screw the infrastructure. this has to be THE MOST DIFFICULT SHOW to ever return from. no taxis open, no buses, for miles. crizzler.

  • Henrique

There is a mistake in this post. After You and Whose Army they played Everything in it´s right place and the words from True Love Waits were sung in this song, and not in You and Whose Army.

  • puh

There’s an interview with Thom and Ed from Sao Paulo in English on http://video.globo.com and also parts from the concert at http://www.justin.tv/clip/69f2ab4b39413ff3

  • Cristina

#25 was Everything in its right place, with the ditty from true love waits as an intro…

  • edd

i still can’t believe they played Karma police at the 2 concerts in Brazil and only once in Mexico city

  • Rachel

Yay they played True Love Waits, “mixed and matched” up with EIIRP (kinda like an intro)- he sampled the lyrics to true love waits while he was singing it, “a la EIIRP”, so that true Love Waits slowly faded into EIIRP. It was amazing man. What a show.

  • Rachel

Oh, and the videos are everywhere on YouTube. Check here:http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=&search_query=radiohead+sp&aq=f
ALSO (IMPORTANT!): Brazilian cable TV channel “Multishow” aired most of the show live on brazilian TV, but cut some parts (what suggests we might be getting a LIVE DVD out of the SP show.)
The SP show was really something. Jee. Please come back soon!

  • Rafaman

What’s with Thom crapping on America lately?

  • _epb_

Finalmente meu sonho se tornou realidade! Climbing up the walls foi fantástica!!!

  • zro.

  • Bruno

This information is wrong. Gustavo is still unconscious by the great show :P
The second encore had house o cards, you and whose army? and everything in its right place with some words from True Love Wait.
So the true history is that radiohead played 26 songs in São Paulo.

I like of all songs, performances, in particular Ed O’ Brien, of course!Ed was the most cheerful, happy, sexy, good looking there, no doubt!
I’m sure Ed is responsible to bring Radiohead in brasil.
I’m so grateful it my love, muse, Ed!
    You are the Best.
I WAS THERE SHOUTING A LOT OF TIMES FOR
ED’S NAME AND LIKE ED SEXY MAN TOO!
Hope so much you have hearing it!
    Love you my muse!

I’m a bit sad, disappointed because I didn’t find to meet you in person and neither take photo too.I went to the Fasano Hotel in São Paulo but you werent more there!
I didn’t understand why Radiohead go out so early, quickly from São Paulo! It was a great disappointed, sadness to me.
I was with a letter and with several photocopy of all my pages dedicated to You, Ed and Radiohead.
Unfortunatelly, it wasn’t possible because I discovered which hotel Radiohead were very
later and I lost the great opportunity!!!

    I’m too much frustrated, annoyed!

I’m the biggest Ed O’ Brien of the World and I’d like you know about it , Ed!

I have watched Radiohead videos in São Paulo and it’s so amazing, fantastic!

Radiohead concert in São Paulo will be
