More new Thom Yorke tracks released in September

The release of Thom Yorke’s ‘All For The Best‘ on limited 7″ vinyl isn’t the only release for the Radiohead frontman this September. It looks like we’ve got two more tracks to look forward to.

On September 22, ATO/TBD Records will release a very limited 12″ vinyl with two Thom Yorke tracks: ‘Apart From Horses’ and ‘The Hollow Earth’, Exclaim reports. The release is limited to 4,000 copies in North America (with only 300 for Canada) and 4,000 for Europe.

Exclaim sources also quote the Radiohead camp as saying the 12-inch has “really awesome packaging and artwork.” At this point it’s not sure if this release has anything to do with the upcoming soundtrack for ‘Twilight’ sequel ‘New Moon’. Anyway, ‘Apart From Horses’ does sound quite familiar. Years ago, Radiohead played ‘Feeling Pulled Apart By Horses’ a.k.a. ‘Reckoner’ at live shows. Yes, ‘Reckoner’, but not the one from ‘In Rainbows’. Guess, we’ll have to wait and see. Papapapa papapapa.

    The present tense was a new song he played this summer at latitude festival (could be wrong about festival). Anyhow. YouTube it.

    Isn’t the song “Feeling Pulled Apart BY Horses”? As in when they quartered people in the Dark Ages by tying each of their limbs to a different horse and making them run?

    And are you sure it’s Present Tense?? All I’ve heard is All For the Best and Mulcahy’s version of Ciao My Shining Star coming out in September.

    All for the Best is from that tribute album. The Present Tense was played live once.

    That would be awesome if both versions of Reckoner wind up being officially released. I love the In Rainbows version but I’ve always loved the old ‘Feeling Pulled Apart by Horses’.

    I was wondering that too. Does anyone know how to get their hands on the vinyl?

    And just to clarify are we getting 2 different vinyl cds? One with ‘All For The Best’ and one with the 2 new tracks ‘Apart by Horses’ and ‘The Hollow Earth’? I’m not sure, any help guys?

    This isn’t new material, but three Radiohead albums (Kid A, Hail, and Amnesiac) were rereleased yesterday as 2 disc sets (the second disc on each cd has things like live material).     Yes Shrenuj, 2 different vinyls. One that not too many people care about “All for the best”, which as one Cover from Thom Yorke, and then we got Apart From Horses/The Hollow Earth EP, which is coming on sept 22th only on vinyl as well. Now THIS one will be great. And my guess is there’s another solo album from Thom Yorke on its way. They know they got millions of freaking fans, why the hell would they release those songs on a ultra limited fucking vinyl…
    But you didnt hear it from me…
