Radiohead live in Glendale – Live Report

Radiohead wrap up the first leg of their 2012 King Of Limbs tour tonight in Glendale, Arizona. It’s the first time the band have played Arizona in a very, very long time.

As usual, openers Other Lives will take the stage around 7:30 with Radiohead following around 8:30 or 8:45. Be sure to check back here for live updates as the show happens and don’t forget to follow @RadioheadLive for updates in Twitter land.

I’ll be sure to update this post with any live streams as that information comes in closer to show time.

Other Lives have just taken the stage so expect Radiohead on stage soon. If all goes to plan, you should be able to live stream the gig below (UPDATE: the stream sounds horrible.)

And we’re off! A vest, a ponytail, but no red pants.

no, the ustream video just shows some car driving thru a tunnel

  • acataleptic

Video: The stream is not online yet. If it works, the stream will come up when RH goes onstage. The streamer is currently saving phone batteries.

  • Dlmsda62700

Who is running this shit? I’m sorry, but you’re too close to the fucking speakers and if I were on tour with Radiohead I would sure as fuck make sure there was a clear fucking audio stream for the people at home! Hire me Radiohead!!!!!

  • derp

the person isn’t on tour with them, jackass. he’s just a fan nice enough to record this for us; beggars can’t be choosers

  • Dlmsda62700

    BS fucktard, they’re with ATEASEWEB.COM

  • Parparfuu

Not sure what the complaining is all around. You should try using a google or a firefox? The sound is coming a crystal clear as bells for me.

  • Meow

Oh my fucking god. Sardines???? I wanted to hear that so bad ! I’m so so jealous

  • poisoned_dwarf

Although it was a bit distorted I could feel the energy and the crowd was hyped! Thank you for streaming this! I so wish I could have been there!

  • nsfw

Best or second best set so far.

  • http://www.ateaseweb.com/ Sean

I can assure you the person trying to stream is not with us here at At Ease. Ade is at SXSW, I’m in Vancouver. Fans just send us the links to potential streams and we add them to the post. All the streamers this tour are just fans attending gigs who are kind enough to try and let us all listen.

  • yeah but

    ATEASEWEB.COM… a fansite.

  • Girlradiohead

Since they haven’t been to the greater Phoenix area since 1995, I’ve never seen RH play live.
Wow was this worth the wait!!!
Best concert I’ve ever been to, notwithstanding the fact they are my favorite band.
The show was awesome & when they played “How to Disappear Completely” I almost cried because I really didn’t think I would get to hear it live.
They ended with “Paranoid Android” and it amazes me that Thom’s voice is just a steady and strong at the end of the show as the beginning. They all sounded great!
I hope that decide to keep coming to Phoenix in the future!

  • Malkavai

Brilliant show! This was my sixth time seeing them and it was a strong performance. So many highlights: Daily Mail was incredible, Packt Like Sardines a rare treat, Identikit a great new song, Lucky is always welcome. The sound in that arena was full, loud and clear, and the crowd was roaring! I’m sure they could feel the love on stage as the audience clamoring for them was almost as loud as the band itself. The light show with screens and all was excellent, probably their best yet. I was amazed at how great they STILL are live, they rocked the house hugely & showed other artists a very high bar indeed. Good luck trying to match that.

Dlmsda62700…I didn’t know AtEaseWeb was owned and run by Radiohead themselves…surely as you are so in-the-know, you should have no problem getting hired by them.
You can be Thom’s serf-boy and follow him around with a digital recorder everywhere he goes. And we’ll expect only the highest audio quality from you at all times.

  • comeback kid

you’re fucking retarded. a fansite is still a fansite, not hired by anyone.

  • Javy

This set-list is insanely better than the broomfield show! :( Still was a great show, just saying. Sardinessss!!!!! WOW

  • In the Belly of a Whale

    This show was soooooooo good!!

  • Jonathan Berger
  • Redsoxjake2

Best show I’ve ever been to. Only qualms are that they didn’t play Street Spirit or True Love Waits… But, it was still the best 2+ hours of my life!

  • poisoned_dwarf

They debuted it live in 2001. Check your facts.

  • John Boles

    jonny at 0:48 is great

  • Jdmercredi

Wanted to go to this, but I had a previous engagement. Sucks. I’d already seen Other Lives too.
