Not much to be found on Radiohead’s political stance in the US Elections, but we all know what’s the obvious. Last night Thom Yorke dedicated Myxomatosis to Mitt Romney. Four years ago, Thom offered a Harrowdown Hill Remix, celebrating the Barack Obama win.

I think it’s a stretch to imply Thom Yorke supports Obama any more than he did Al Gore in 2000. Obama is to the right of George W. Bush on foreign policy and the treatment of Latinos at home and the violation of civil liberties at home. He is a monster and the Tea Party’s electoral success is partly his fault due to his failure to enunciate any progressivism.
