Amazing show! As a British expat living in brissy I thought my chances of seeing the band live again were over. I missed out on the initial ticket sales but got lucky with a friend coming good with two tickets last week. I have been lucky enough to see them at glasto, both in 97 and 2003, as well as many other shows in the UK and Amsterdam, so I knew what I was in for. The crowd were pretty quiet and static in places, but it didn’t dampen the evening. Thom was in great form as were the band, apart from a slight glitch in the middle if idioteque. Overall an amazing gig, just don’t leave it soooooo long before you return to Australia again boys!!

It was a privilege to be there. They’re a phenomenal band to watch live. Couldn’t have asked for a better set-list really.

I’m glad the people of Oceania are finally getting their dose of Radiohead. Enjoy!

Not just a great show either, the best crowd I’ve been in at a gig, everyone was just so happy to finally see them, every cheer was noticeably equal parts thank you and relief. I think that’s why the crowd was so quiet, it was like no one wanted to piss them off, it never really felt static.

Just to put any Melbournites at ease – Thom was in good spirits and didn’t appear to have the throat issues that plagued him at the Auckland show

Not gonna lie, their setlists are getting to be more and more of the same. Thom said he had a lot of new material to play live, but it seems they’ve been playing the same songs all tour.

Having seen them @ their last BNE show (1993?), they’ve grown in so many areas – yet remained ‘true to their word’ in many others. Each of the wonderful pieces of the setlist was its own artwork. Colours, Themes, Melody, Rhythm & the overall feeling helped each song be its own artwork.
