notes: This song debuted during Radiohead's webcast on December 18th 2002 with the working titles 'Good Morning Mr. Magpie' and 'Mornin' M'lud'. Years later (August 19th 2005) a picture turned up on Radiohead's Dead Air Space entitled 'mornin' m'lud' with Ed and Thom guitar. A couple of days later (August 21st) Ed confirmed they're working on the song again. Thom did the same on the 23rd: "colins i s playing sleaz bass on mornin' mi lord..

The song was included on a tracklisting, written on the blackboard at the Radiohead studio. A picture of that blackboard was posted on September 30th 2005.On March 8th 2006 the song appeared on the studio's blackboard, which looked like a shortlist of tracks for the rehearsal sessions for Radiohead's 2006 tour.
